At Delta Children, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
